Хора помагайте не мога да се оправя пак!
KUBUNTO!

При стартиране на xsane ми дава error : Failed to open device 'snapscan libusb:002:005 invalid argument'

При стартиране на "Коока" ми казва да инсталирам и конфигурирам коректно sane и тук се почна опитвам да инсталирам hotplug, но от READ ME ми дава като команда 'sudo make allmod' резултат 'make: *** No rule to make target `allmod'.  Stop.'

Всъщност ето и read me

INSTALLING
----------
For all hotplug-enabled 2.2 and 2.4 kernels, try to use a fully modular
USB configuration.  With 2.5, that's easier:  start with "make allmod".

Since most folk now install these scripts from an RPM or a DEB, these
instructions assume you got the tree from CVS or a tarball.

(1)  Make the root directory of that tree (with this file)
be the working directory for your root shell.

(2)  Install:

# make install

(3)  To collect ascii event logs for events that aren't handled
     by some /etc/hotplug/*.agent (optional):

# touch /var/log/hotplug/events

Or touch /var/log/hotplug/input.events to filter out just
the unhandled "input" events.  (Similarly for other kinds
     of hotplug events.)

(4)  Make sure modules are loaded, and device setup scripts are
run, for devices that were present while the system was
booting but which weren't handled by the initrd.  On RedHat:

# chkconfig --add hotplug

These scripts aren't intentionally specific to RedHat; let us know if
we accidentally create a problem.  Derived versions of hotplug tools
are available from SuSE and Debian.   If distros started to converge
the interfaces their init and config tools provide to hotplug, such
problems could go away.

There are updates to the "usbutils-0.7" package to incorporate a new
"usbmodules" command, and to "pciutils-2.1.8" to incorporate a similar
"pcimodules".  See the website above for more information, or search
the web (list, rpmfind) for RPM or APT support.  Those programs help
support "cold plugging".

For 2.5, we're eliminating the "usbmodules" and "pcimodules" commands;
but you may still want them when you run 2.4 kernels.  (2.5 coldplugging
still needs updates.)

Направих и някой други неща:

sane-find-scanner
found USB scanner (vendor=0x04b8 [EPSON], product=0x0122 [EPSON Scanner]) at libusb:002:005

scanimage -L
device `snapscan:libusb:002:005' is a EPSON EPSON Scanner flatbed scanner
kolermo@kolermo-desktop:~$

И аз тук вече си помислих, че съм готов, да ама НЕ и пак горните съобщения от 'KOOKA' & 'XSANE'
Какво да сторя за да тръгне тая щуротия!
